The Yarra Valley site of 7 hectares at Dixons Creek was planted in 2003 to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. These vines are just starting to bear usable fruit and first signs are promising. Currently, we source fruit from several growers across the region including the valley floor which provides ripe rich fruit flavours and some higher altitude vineyards in the Upper Yarra which contribute more elegant and restrained characters.
